Where do I find all the Access Options in Access 2010? (The options that were under Office button in Access 2007.)


In Access 2010 you can find all of the options that used to be under the Office button in the Backstage view. Click the File tab on the Backstage view in the upper left corner of the application window and then click the Options button at the bottom left corner, as seen in the following screenshot.



The various options you can set for Access are under eleven categories listed on the left side. Click on one of those categories to see the options. The screenshot below shows the options on the first category - General. To save your changes, click the OK button at the bottom of the dialog box. To dismiss the dialog box without saving your changes, click the Cancel button. Note that you might need to close and reopen your database for some settings to apply.
