Access 2010 FAQ

Is there a quick and easy way to clear all the records in the Northwind 2010 sample database?

Yes and No to that question.

In the Navigation pane for the Northwind 2010 web database, you'll see a web macro called zzzEraseOrders. If you double click this macro, Access runs three data macros that clear all the records in the Invoices, Orders, OrderDetails, PurchaseOrderDetails, and PurchaseOrders tables. The data macros do not clear the records in the remaining tables.

You can either create delete queries to delete the remaining data in the other tables, create data macros to clear the remaining records in the other tables, or open each table in Datasheet view and delete the records.
