Why is the Export To Excel option not available for reports in Access 2007?
When you open a report in Access 2007 in either Print Preview or Report View, you might have noticed that the Excel button in the Export group on the External Data tab is disabled, as seen in the following screenshot.
The functionality to export a report to Excel was removed from Access 2007.
